
Panagiotis Emmanouilidis
Panagiotis Emmanouilidis was a philologist (a graduate of the School of Philosophy at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) with extensive teaching experience, primarily in public Greek schools (Gymnasiums and Lyceums). He served for 32 years in Secondary Education and authored, either alone or in collaboration with his wife Elli Petridou-Emmanouilidou, dozens of educational aids for philologists and students in Secondary Education. Most of these works focus on the teaching of Modern Greek Language and are all published by Metaichmio Publications. His last venture was the blog "Linguistic Slips," where he presented and commented on linguistic errors collected from public discourse. He passed away on April 30, 2013, at the age of 70.
