
Stratos Myrogiannis
Stratos Myrogiannis studied Greek Philology and Literary Theory at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (MPhil) and Medieval and Modern Languages at the University of Cambridge (PhD). He has taught Modern Greek Literature at the University of Cambridge and currently teaches Creative Writing and Literary Theory at the Hellenic Open University. He has published articles on Modern Greek and European Enlightenment, Vizyinos, and detective fiction. His published studies include "The Emergence of a Greek Identity (1700-1821)" (Cambridge Scholars Publishing, 2012) and "From Mystery Stories to Detective Plots" (Alexandria Publications, 2012). His research interests include the formation of national identities in Europe, detective fiction, and literary theory.
