Philip Norman

Philip Norman was born in London. At the age of twenty-two, he began working at the Sunday Times and became known for his profiles of personalities such as Elizabeth Taylor and Gaddafi. In 1981, he published "Shout!", the biography of the Beatles, which became a bestseller in both the UK and the USA. He has also written books about Sir Elton John and Buddy Holly. He lives in London with his family.
