Pelagia Fytopoulou

Pelagia Fytopoulou was born and raised in Katerini (1972). She began her studies at the University of Athens (Education), while also attending a journalism school. Very soon, she entered the world of theater and graduated from the Higher Drama School "Iasmos" - Vasilis Diamantopoulos. She then attended seminars on narrative acting, directing, as well as the Suzuki Actor Method based on Tadashi Suzuki. She has performed in theater, television, and film. She founded the theater group "Sirius" and staged plays about human rights, violence in education, poetry, and fairy tales. In 2015, she presented Ionesco and Ataide in a theater in Germany. She lives in Exarchia. Her theatrical works include: "Sirius", How a child discovers their rights "Cactus Flower", The cemetery of flowers "We'll Call It a Program", An anti-fascist snapshot for those who will be born later.
