Odysseas Kollias

Odysseas Kollias is an economist, author, business consultant, and mentor. He studied Business Administration at the University of Piraeus and holds a Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Glasgow. His work focuses on education and human resource development. He has been teaching undergraduate, postgraduate, and corporate programs since 1991. He has collaborated with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the Hellenic Productivity Center (ELKEPA), the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE), the Hellenic Post (ELTA), the Economic University of Athens, the National Center for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA), OTE, EOMMEX, the General Confederation of Greek Workers (GSEE), the General Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants of Greece (GSEVEE), IEKEP, the National Confederation of Hellenic Commerce (ESEE), and the Legal Library. He has also worked with companies such as dekaplus in Cyprus, Mercuri International, Primus, Global Greece, and other lifelong learning organizations. He has authored and teaches e-learning programs at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as e-learning courses at ELTA and ESEE. He has taught at companies including Fourlis, Hellenic Post, ANEK, ETHEL, Hellenic Petroleum, Carouzos, P&G Professionals Wella, Laprairie, IKEA, Beauty&Diet, the Attica Pharmacists' Cooperative (PRO.SY.FA.PE.), Gerolymatos S.A., Microland, Fashion Box, Fragos-Marasil, Prenatal, the Hellenic American Union, HILTI Hellas, BaseTraining, Omesson, LiLaLo, MarketIn, Promitheftiki, and Zwitter Pharmaceuticals. In Cyprus, he has worked with E.K.A., "The Annabelle Hotel," Mercur, and "Ajax" Hotel. He has held positions in the Marketing Department of OTE, at Mercuri International (a business training company), and in the Sales Department of Greek clothing and food companies. His passion for lifelong learning, where he applies interactive teaching methods, combined with his involvement in "Customer Service," shapes a personality that continuously evolves through his engagement with service provision, as a client, teacher, consultant, and author. He is a certified adult educator by the British Association for Commercial and Industrial Education (BACIE) and the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP). He is a Business Consultant at GSEE and a volunteer Mentor in the Early Warning Europe - COSME program. He has presented his work at international conferences, which have been published in scientific journals. He writes articles on Marketing and entrepreneurship for the Huffington Post, epixeiro.gr, and other industry magazines. He is a member of the Scientific Association for Adult Education (EEEEE), the Hellenic Marketing Academy, the Association of Greek Alumni of the University of Glasgow, and EEDE.
