Florentia Riga

Florentia Riga is a member of the Panhellenic Union of Writers (PEL), with distinctions in various literary competitions and publications of poems in print and online magazines. From a young age, her love for writing took the form of fairy tales, short stories, poems, and novels. A teacher of music, Greek, and French literature, she specialized in Modern Greek Literature (PhD in Philology, University of Athens) and currently lives and works in Athens. She has contributed her work to collective poetry editions, and in 2013, her first individual poetry collection, titled "Shades of a Lack," was published by Ocelotos Publishing.
