Matoula Tomara - Sideri

Matoula Tomara-Sideri holds a degree from Panteion University. She completed her postgraduate studies in history, historical demography, and sociology at the University of Paris I - Sorbonne and the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales. As an associate professor at Panteion University, she teaches historical demography, the history of mentalities, and local government in the political system. She has written numerous articles and studies. Her research and writing interests focus on the Hellenism of Egypt, the history of the Greek diaspora in Africa, and the phenomenon of communal benefaction.
