Giorgos N. Oikonomou

George N. Economou studied Mathematics, Music, and Philosophy. He actively participated in the anti-dictatorship movement. In Paris, he attended postgraduate seminars by C. Castoriadis, A. Touraine, P. Bourdieu, P. Vidal-Naquet, J. Derrida, and J. Bouveresse. He holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from the University of Sorbonne and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Crete. He has published in journals and newspapers and has presented at conferences and workshops.
