Felix Salten

Felix Salten (whose real name was Siegmund Salzmann) was born in Budapest in 1869 and died in Zurich in 1947. He studied in Vienna and lived there until 1906, working as a theater critic and journalist. In 1933, for political reasons, he moved to Hollywood. He wrote plays, novels, and novellas but became famous with the book "Bambi, a Life in the Woods." From this masterpiece, which was published worldwide, Walt Disney created a very well-known film.
