Emma Healey

Emma Healey was born in 1985 and grew up in London. She has worked in libraries, bookstores, and art galleries. In 2011, she completed her Master's degree in Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia (UEA). Her first novel, "Elizabeth is Missing," was published in 2014, reached number one on the Sunday Times bestseller list, and has been translated into more than 20 languages. It also won the Costa Award for Best First Novel of the Year and was shortlisted in the general category as one of the best novels of the year.
