Dioni Dimitriadou

Dioni Dimitriadou was born in Thessaloniki in 1956 but has been living in Athens for many years. She utilized her studies in History and Archaeology by teaching in public high schools. She writes both poetry and prose (literary and essayistic) and engages with the writings of others by editing publications and publishing literary criticism articles in literary magazines, both print and online. Her works include: "Handbook for Speech Production," "Style and Ethos" (essays), "The Atelier" (short stories), "The Space Between" (novella), "The Common and the Private" (short stories), "Precipitous Words" (poems), and "Symi, Through the Eyes of the Soul" (collective work). Her poems and prose have been included in collective editions ("Otherness" and other anthologies) and have been published in literary magazines, both print and online. She maintains the blog "With Open Books" on the internet.
