
Dimitra Mitta
Dimitra Mitta was born in Veria in 1959. She studied philosophy at the School of Philosophy at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.), where she completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies and conducted research on Philosophy of Mythology. She is a philology teacher in Secondary Education at the Thessaloniki School of Arts and teaches History of Ancient Theater and Dramaturgy in both public and private institutions. She made her literary debut in 1989. Dimitra has collaborated with literary magazines such as "Parafyada," "Tram," "Porphyra," "Figos," "Revma," and "Parodos." Her studies on Mythology have been published in conference proceedings, collective volumes, and scientific journals. She also publishes book reviews, comments, and literary criticism in newspapers and magazines, as well as on the online platforms of the Center for the Greek Language and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
