
Zoi Karageorgiou
Zoe Karageorgiou is a Computer Science professor with a passion for Robotics and Programming. She holds a Master's degree in Graphic Arts and is a Ph.D. candidate at the Hellenic Open University. Part of her research involves the construction of Escape Rooms. She has been awarded by the Ministry of Education for an optimal digital scenario. How is Computer Science related to Literature? They are closely connected when one can combine sciences and arts. She is actively involved in creative writing for children's and young adult books, theatrical writing, and storytelling. She has published fairy tales in both print and digital formats. She won the 1st prize in a National Fairy Tale Competition and was recognized in a short story competition. She collaborates with the "Literary Magazine of Kefalonia-Kefalos." She presents an educational program at the Vafopoulio, schools, libraries, and museums, which is an hour-long interactive performance titled "Did You See What the Little Cloud Does" using 3D animation and scripting. The same performance is also presented on theatrical stages. She participates in a children's radio show as a narrator and in theater groups as an actress and facilitator. She is a member of an award-winning choir and has attended painting, music, and dance classes.
