
Carlo Rovelli
Carlo Rovelli was born in Verona in 1956. He studied in Bologna and Padua, where he actively participated in student movements and the free radio movement. As a theoretical physicist, he worked in Italy and the USA before settling in Marseille, where he leads the Center for Theoretical Physics at Aix-Marseille University. In addition to his scientific work, he has authored popular science books about time and space, as well as a study on Anaximander. A recipient of the Vasilis Xanthopoulos Award, he has been honored twice by the Foundational Questions Institute.
