
Eytychia Giannaki
Eftychia Giannaki was born in Athens in 1976. She studied computer science, music technology, and communication, and worked for several years in secondary education. In 2000, she published the novel "Hardcore" (Okeanida, 2000) under the pseudonym Aleka Laskou, which was adapted into a film by Dennis Iliadis. Her first crime novel, titled "In the Back Seat" (Ikaros Publishing, 2016), won the 2017 Public Award for the best Greek novel of the year, as voted by the public.
