Xanthippi Zachopoulou

Xanthippi Zachopoulou was born and lives in Thessaloniki. She spent a significant part of her life in Athens. She has studied pedagogy, music (vocal performance), and philology (with a focus on medieval and modern Greek literature) at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is proficient in English, French, Italian, and Spanish. She works as a teacher. She has published the poetry collections: "Maremma" (Pigi, 2016) with illustrations by Yiannis Mitrakas and "Deep Sky, Sea Depth" (To Rodakio, 2020). Collective works include: "Ten Wings" (En Typois, 2016), "With the P of Poetry" (AO, 2018), "Thessaloniki of the Poets" (editor, Rome, 2019), "Anthology of Erotic Poetry" (editor, Rome, 2020). Her poems, essays, and short stories have been published in collective volumes and in print and online literary magazines.
