Giorgos A. Kougioumtzis

Georgios Kougioumtzis, son of Andreas, shares his passion and academic engagement across the fields of Educational Sciences, Teaching Methodology, and Counseling. He holds a PhD in Pedagogy, Teaching, and Mentoring Guidance for educators (Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology, University of Athens). He has taught at the Departments of Social Theology and Turkish & Modern Asian Studies at the University of Athens, the Hellenic Open University, the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education, and the Mental and Community Health Programs at the University of the Aegean. He has many years of active involvement in Counseling Psychology and Teaching Methodology. He has an extensive body of written work and has participated in Greek and international scientific conferences in the fields of Counseling, Pedagogy, and Teaching Methodology. He is married and the father of three daughters.
