Antonis Mylonakis

Antonis Mylonakis was born in 1986 in Athens, where he still lives. He grew up writing stories for his sister, always making her the central heroine. His first novel, The Mirror and the Prophecy of Greynorth, was published in 2016 and received an award the following year, while his second novel, Hippocampus (2023), was widely acclaimed and nominated for the Klepsydra magazine’s New Author Award.He has made a name for himself in children's literature with the series “Lily and Alex”. The first book in the series (A Ghost Story) was shortlisted for the Children’s Literature Book Award by O Anagnostis magazine. He also writes poetry and short stories, many of which have been published in print and online media.
