Kalliopi Dimitropoulou
Kalliopi I. Dimitropoulou was born in Gryllos, Ilia, and grew up amidst the lush fields of the Olympian land and the coastal beaches of the Ionian Sea. She studied Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology at the School of Philosophy, and Theology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She lives in Athens and works as an educator in Secondary Education. She loves life, books, and her students. She is a member of the Panhellenic Union of Writers and the Hellenic Cultural Association of Cypriots. She has been awarded in numerous national and international literary competitions and has served as a jury member in literary contests. Her poems have been anthologized and published in literary magazines and online literary websites. Her interviews have been featured on radio, literary websites, and newspapers.
