Lyo Kalovyrnas

Lyo Kalovyrnas (1970) is professionally involved in translation and mental health counseling (psychotherapy). He has translated over 30 books of English and Danish literature, while also volunteering in awareness and advocacy activities in the field of HIV/AIDS and human rights. He is the editor of the magazine "10%" (www.tenpercent.gr), which raises awareness, among other issues, about discrimination based on sexual orientation and the right to diversity. His works include: "Pefto" (Oxy, 2001), "Astarte, Family Geography" (Metaichmio, 2003), "Divine Cookbook, Recipes to Create Your Own God" (Periplous, 2005), "Word Crafting" (Intro Books 2006; 2008), and "Love Forever: Oh!"
