Georgios Tsatsos

Georgios Tsatsos was born in Athens. He attended school at Marasleio and Varvakeio. He studied at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH) and obtained a degree in civil engineering. He served in the Navy. Professionally, he was involved in managing cement industries in Greece, Cyprus, Estonia, Poland, Latvia, and England, and held a consulting role in many countries including Poland, Croatia, Russia, Lebanon, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Egypt, among others. In Greece, he led AGET Heracles for approximately 15 years. He lived in London for 24 years. He is also a painter and has held nine solo exhibitions between 2001-2014 in London, New York (twice), Paris, Warsaw, and Athens (four times). He has created approximately 16 lithographs and silk-screen prints. He is married to Zoe, and they have four children and eight grandchildren.
