Valerie M. Hudson

Valerie M. Hudson is the George H. W. Bush Chair Professor at the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. Her research interests include foreign policy analysis, security studies, gender in international relations, and research methodology. She has also authored and edited several books, including "Bare Branches: The Security Implications of Asia’s Surplus Male Population" (co-authored with Andrea Den Boer, 2004), which has received significant awards.
