Lina Rokou

Lina Rokou was born in Athens in 1979 but grew up in Corfu. She studied in the "Department of Communication, Media, and Culture" at Panteion University. She works as a journalist at popaganda.gr. In 2011, she attended creative writing courses at EKEBI, taught by Andreas Mitsou. In 2014, she was awarded first place in the literature.gr literary competition. "The End of Hunger" is her first published book. Her most significant influences are Corfu and that episode of the Pink Panther where a vacuum cleaner sucked up everything, including itself.
