Dimitra Kouvata

Dimitra Kouvata (Velestino, 1970) studied Philosophy at the Aristotle University. She lives in Thessaloniki, where she works as a secondary education teacher. She has published two poetry collections: "Tied Dog" (shortlisted for the 2018 Yiannis Varveris Award by the Society of Authors) and "Pure Alcohol" by Mandragoras Publications. Her poems have been published in print and online magazines, and some have been translated into Italian and Spanish.
