Nicola Killen

Nicola Killen designed greeting cards for several years before pursuing her Master's degree in Children's Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art, where she won the Egmont Best New Talent Award at her final exhibition. She graduated in 2009 and has since been illustrating and writing books with beautiful stories, board books, and pop-up illustrations. Nicola lives in Cambridge, UK, and works in a studio she shares with friends. She still enjoys drawing the things she loved to sketch as a child... That's why reindeer, rhinoceroses, and penguins are some of her favorite subjects.
