Filippos A. Filippou

Philip A. Philippou was born in 1976 in the village of Orounta in the Nicosia district of Cyprus. After graduating from high school, he completed his military service. He studied at the Cyprus School of Nursing in the field of mental health, earning a diploma in Psychiatric Nursing. He then attended the Cyprus University of Technology, where he obtained a degree in Psychiatric Nursing, and continued his studies at the Open University of Cyprus, earning a master's degree in Health Unit Management. He pursued a second master's degree in mental health at the University of Nicosia. He has been working in mental health services since 2002. Philip has written various short stories, many of which have been published on electronic websites, while others have been included in various anthologies. He has been honored with several awards and accolades in various literary competitions in Greece and Cyprus. His short story collection "30 Stories, a Thousand Images" is his first personal work. He is married and has a daughter.
