Manos M. Dimitroulis is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, a graduate of the Department of Clinical Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University. He holds a postgraduate degree from the Department of Applied Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Nutrition and Exercise. From 2002 to 2004, he served consecutively as secretary, vice president, and president of the student body at Harokopio University. From 2004 to 2006, he worked in the Laboratory of Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics at Harokopio University. From 2004 to 2007, he was head of the Dietetics team at the Joe Weider Gym chain, supervising 20 dietitians. Since 2005, he has appeared on morning television shows, offering nutritional advice, while also writing articles for magazines and newspapers. Since August 2007, he has maintained a Nutrition Support Office in Glyfada and founded the company dietstories. The purpose of dietstories has always been to provide scientific assistance to individuals in need of nutritional support. In 2013, the dietstories office moved to Ano Glyfada, to a larger, newly built space, and began collaborating with two gyms, whose members he personally supervises. After many years of practicing careful nutrition, traveling, and gaining culinary experiences, Manos Dimitroulis incorporates balanced recipes into his diet plans, turning nutrition and weight loss into a pleasant and unique experience. In 2014, he created his own recipe channel on YouTube in an effort to educate people and help them cook healthy and delicious meals. In May 2016, in collaboration with Public, he published his first book, featuring over 100 smart healthy cooking recipes, accompanied by nutritional analysis and presented as daily meal plans, proving that taste does not have to be sacrificed for healthy eating. Since the summer of 2016, he has been conducting healthy nutrition and cooking seminars, and in December 2016, he opened a second dietetics office at the OAKA swimming center, starting collaborations with the Panathinaikos water polo team, as well as gyms and other sports clubs in the complex, while also taking on the nutritional supervision of the national rowing team. In May 2019, he published his second book, "Dietstories <400 kcal," featuring recipes all under 400 calories per serving.
