Richard H. Thaler

Richard H. Thaler is a professor of Behavioral Science and Economics at the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. In 2015, he was elected president of the American Economic Association (AEA), and in 2017, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences for "building a bridge between economic and psychological analyses in individual decision-making." He is the author of the books "Nudge" (co-authored with Cass R. Sunstein), "Quasi Rational Economics," and "The Winner’s Curse."
