Simon Sinek

Simon Sinek leads a movement with a very simple goal: to inspire people to do what inspires them. His TEDx talk on the concept of WHY is among the top twenty most-viewed talks on TED.com, and Sinek now receives invitations from numerous companies to share his idea of WHY. From members of Congress to foreign ambassadors, from small businesses to giants like Microsoft and Wal-Mart, from Hollywood to NASA and the Pentagon, everyone who wants to inspire others is now eager to learn about the WHY. Sinek works as an adjunct at the RAND Corporation, teaches Strategic Communication at Columbia University's graduate program, and is active in the arts and nonprofit sectors. When not traveling, he resides in New York City.
