
Eloisa James
H Eloisa James is a graduate of Harvard University. She holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Oxford and a Ph.D. from Yale. She has her own chair in Shakespeare studies and has published an academic book with Oxford University Press. Currently, she is an associate professor and the director of the Creative Writing program at Fordham University in New York. Her "double life" leaves both media representatives and her readership in awe. In her academic capacity, she has written a column for the New York Times defending romance novels, as well as articles for women's magazines like the Romance Writers’ Report. Her novels have been repeatedly honored with numerous stars from esteemed publications such as Publishers Weekly and Library Journal and regularly appear on bestseller lists.
