Dimitris Tzefalis

Dimitris Tzefalis hails from Monastiraki, Drama, and is a Physical Education teacher, having graduated from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is a postgraduate student in the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program at A.U.Th., "Human Performance and Health," specializing in Sports Coaching. He is also an active track and field coach, a long-distance runner, and has a particular passion for marathon running, all road race distances, and trail running competitions. He is the founder and coach of the endurance running team One Step Beyond_Endurance Team, which aims to promote long-distance running. He is also a coach at the Drama Classic Athletics Club (S.K.A.D.) and a founding member of the Drama Runners Health Club. He has helped dozens of athletes systematically improve, achieving personal records in all distances from 5 km to the marathon, and beyond, without injuries, while simultaneously increasing their love for the sport and maintaining their enthusiasm for training and competitions, without compulsion.
