Patrick Lencioni

Patrick Lencioni is an author of management books, primarily focusing on team management. He is best known for the bestseller "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team," but he has written nine other books. He is the president of The Table Group, a consulting firm specializing in team development and organizational health. As a consultant, he has worked with senior executives and teams in businesses and start-ups, as well as with universities and non-profit organizations. Additionally, he delivers lectures on leadership, organizational change, teamwork, and corporate culture. In 2008, CNN Money included him in their list of "10 New Gurus You Should Know." The Wall Street Journal has described him as "one of the most in-demand speakers on business topics."
