Nicolas Mathieu

Nicolas Mathieu was born in Épinal in 1978. He studied history and film. In 2014, his crime novel "Aux animaux la guerre" was published by Actes Sud, receiving numerous awards and adapted for television by Alain Tasma. With "Their Children After Them," he won the 2018 Goncourt Prize. He lives and works in Nancy.
