Giorgos Konstantinou, known in the digital universe of words as Ψυχο-λόγος, was born in Athens in December 1996. Since then, he has been accompanied by a deep need to understand people, to feel, and—above all—to express himself.
He is a graduate of Psychology (BSc Hons) and holds a master’s degree (MSc) in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. He holds a license to practice as a psychologist (Protocol Number: 813366), and since 2025 he has been offering individual sessions.
The name Ψυχο-λόγος is no coincidence. The hyphen between “psycho” and “logos” is the point where two worlds that define him meet: the soul and the word. It is a play on words that means words of the soul, an effort to give form to what was not said, to what remained silent within us; to what we felt, but perhaps feared to share. He wants to give voice to the words we keep unspoken, to those things our soul needs to hear.
His writing touches on themes such as unfulfilled love, the pain of separation, mutual love, self-knowledge, self-esteem, emotional balance, self-love, and the meaning of life. He describes himself as romantic, sensitive, dreamy, and deeply in love with love itself, as well as with life.
In 2020, he founded his own publishing house under the name «Ψυχο-λόγος Λόγια Ψυχής», in order to have the freedom to publish his works exactly as he imagines them: authentic, emotional, human.
From 2019 to today, he has published the following books: Συναισθηματικά Κενός (2019), about unfulfilled love, Συναισθηματικά Πλήρης (2021), about emotional balance, Όσα ήθελα να σου πω (2022), about separation, Μαθαίνοντας να μ’ αγαπάω ξανά (2023), about self-love, Ανθίζουμε μαζί (2024), about mutual love, Βρίσκοντας νόημα ξανά (2025), about the meaning of life, and 30 πράγματα που έμαθα πριν τα 30 (2026), about the lessons that shape us as we grow older.
