Maria Lempidaki - Tzivra
Maria Lebidaki-Tzivra was born and raised in Athens, where she lives with her husband and their five children. From a young age, she loved literature, especially the great classic authors. She began writing at the age of ten and continued to nurture her innate talent for literature throughout her teenage and young adult years. During her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in psychology, she engaged in psychological research, publishing studies and articles in Greek and international scientific journals. Alongside her studies, she attended courses in creative writing and literature. She has a rich collection of unpublished literary works. In 2019, she was awarded by the Panhellenic Union of Writers for her short story "The Last Bird," and in 2020, she received third prize for her fairy tale "The Night of Christmas" in the Children's Orthodox Christian Book competition, co-organized by the Holy Metropolis of Kifisia, Maroussi, and Oropos and Nama Publications.
