Rachel Ignotofsky

Rachel Ignotofsky grew up in New Jersey, enjoying a healthy diet that included plenty of cartoons and puddings. She graduated with honors from the Graphic Design Department of the Tyler School of Art in 2011. Today, she resides in beautiful Kansas City, Missouri, where she spends her days drawing and enriching her knowledge. Her great passion is taking complex information and making it fun and accessible to everyone, as well as creating educational works of art. She is inspired by history and science and believes that illustration is a powerful tool that can make learning exciting. She uses her work to spread her message about education, scientific knowledge, and capable women.
