Dr. Marc Brackett is an author, professor at the Yale Child Study Center, and founding member and director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. He has published 125 academic articles on the role of emotions and emotional intelligence in learning, decision-making, creativity, relationships, health, and performance. He is the leader of the RULER program, a systemic approach to social and emotional learning adopted by more than two thousand schools at all levels. The multi-award-winning Marc Brackett is also a board member of the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) and co-founder of Oji Life Lab, a digital emotional learning system for businesses. He also frequently advises companies like Facebook, Microsoft, and Google on how to integrate the principles of emotional intelligence into employee training and product design.
