THanasis Kalloniatis

Born in Chios in 1972 to parents from Lesvos, I have spent my life between the two beautiful islands of the Northeastern Aegean, Lesvos and Chios. Married to Maria, who is from Chios, we have two children, Taxiarchis and Yiannis. In 1990, I graduated from General High School and chose not to pursue the classical education as it was structured in the late 1980s and early 1990s. I served in the Hellenic Army and in 1995, I joined the Hellenic Police Force. In recent years, I have been residing in Mytilene, in the Akleidiou area, where some of the city's old mansions are located.
