Deborah Marcero

Deborah Marcero studied painting, printmaking, and photography at the University of Michigan and poetry at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. After teaching for a while in public schools, she realized that what she wanted to do for the rest of her life was to write and illustrate children's books.
