Jennifer Lynn Barnes

Jennifer Lynn Barnes is the author of over twenty novels for teens and young adults. Her books have frequently reached the number one spot on the New York Times bestseller list. She is a Fulbright Scholar and holds degrees in psychology, psychiatry, and cognitive science. She earned her Ph.D. from Yale University and has been a professor of psychology and creative writing at the University of Oklahoma for several years. The "Inheritance Games" series has been sold in 28 countries and ranks high on bestseller lists. The first novel in the series was nominated for the 2021 Edgar Award (Best Young Adult and Best Juvenile).
