Joyce Cox

Joyce Cox has 25 years of experience in developing educational material on technical subjects aimed at non-technical audiences and has authored dozens of books on Office and Windows. She is the Vice President of Online Training Solutions, Inc. She was a president and one of the principal authors at Online Press, where she developed the "Quick Course" computer training book series for adults at beginner or intermediate levels. Additionally, she was the first publishing manager at Microsoft Press, an editor at Sybex, and an editor at the University of California. Joyce and her husband Ted reside in Bellevue, Washington, and enjoy frequent getaways to their secluded cottage in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains.
