Tahereh Mafi

Tahereh Mafi is a best-selling author on the New York Times and USA Today lists with the Shatter Me series. She can often be found drinking excessive amounts of coffee and getting lost in a book. Shatter Me is her debut series (2011), consisting of six books. In fact, before writing her first novel, she wrote five manuscripts to better understand how to write a book. She was born in a small town somewhere in Connecticut and currently resides in Santa Monica, California, with her husband.
