
Dimitris Potamianos
Dimitris Potamianos was born on September 13, 1943. He studied anthropology and history in Paris and earned a Ph.D. in history from the University of Paris in 1972. He was an emeritus professor at Panteion University. Since 1990, he wrote extensively about wine, food, and their culture. Along with Malvina Karali, he curated and presented the show "Culinary Art." His collaborations were occasionally published in magazines such as "Elle," "The Reader," "To Vima," "Menu and More," and "Oineas" ("Symbol"). He authored essays, critical notes, and prose. He passed away on New Year's Day in 2015 at the age of 72
