Dimitris Papachristos

Dimitris Papachristos was born in 1950 in Agios Georgios, Istiaia, Evia. He studied economics at the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has written articles for newspapers and served as the editor of the magazine Polites. He hosts radio shows on ERA and ERT-OPEN. He has participated in television programs and has produced documentaries on political, historical, and ecological topics. He has published twenty books, and his plays have been successfully performed. He has lived in Exarchia since 1968 and believes that "memory is our very existence and resists the ravages of time and all forms of authority..."
