Stefanos Alexiadis

Stefanos Alexiadis was born on October 18, 1993, in Thessaloniki, where he currently resides. He studied Greek Philology at the Democritus University of Thrace and completed his master's degree in Special Education and Oral and Written Language Disorders at the Hellenic Open University and the University of Thessaly. Additionally, he completed the Pedagogy program at the International Hellenic University and has been trained in the Braille writing and reading system for the visually impaired. In 2022, he was the keynote speaker at the 9th TEDx conference organized by the University of Macedonia. His TEDx talk focused on the acceptance of diversity. His first book, "The Winged Sandals," was published in 2021 and won the 2022 Greek Young Adult Literature Award from Public a year later.
