Virginia Satir
The American psychotherapist Virginia Satir (1916-1988) was a leading figure in the field of family therapy. She was instrumental in founding the International Family Therapy Association and traveled to many countries where she taught and established similar organizations. She was one of the pioneers and most important representatives of both the systemic approach to family therapy and the Human Potential Movement. In addition to "The New Peoplemaking," her books available in Greek include "Your Many Faces," "Conjoint Family Therapy," and "Peoplemaking."
