Giannis Tzanetakis

Giannis Tzanetakis was born in Kalamata in 1956. Since 1975, he has lived in Athens, where he studied Political and Economic Sciences and subsequently worked as a journalist in the magazine industry. In 2002, a selection of his work was published in Swedish, translated by Jan Henrik Swahn and Margarita Melberg, under the title "Alt ar vag" ("Everything is a Road"), a line from his collection "As Long as I Listen in Color." This line was used as the title for a film by Pantelis Voulgaris in 1998 in its Greek rendition.
