
Alitheia L. Eypraxiadou
Alithea Efpraksiadou was born in Komotini and grew up in Thessaloniki. She studied in Paris and holds degrees in French literature, individual psychology - personology, and aesthetics. She has published over fifty articles with a focus on women's issues in the newspaper "Makedonia" under the name Thoula Sergiadou.
Her debut book, "A Glass of Water with a Taste of Epirus, Macedonia, Thrace - A Story from 1830 to 1930," was published by University Studio Press in 1996. The series "Myths and Stories" consists of 12 major Greek fairy tales, with the first 8 published by Dion Publications. Her book "24 Love Letters" and the short stories "Ah. What Stories for Laughs and Tears" are available from Malliaris Paideia Publications.
She is a member of the Union of Greek Writers, the Circle of Greek Children's Books, and the Society of Writers of Northern Greece. She has been awarded by the Association of Publishers of Northern Greece and the Center for Culture and Books of Southeastern Europe for her contributions to Greek literature. Her work is referenced in the Encyclopedia of Northern Greek Writers, "Literary Creation of Northern Greece 1875-2007," and the Great Encyclopedia of Modern Greek Literature by Haris Patsis.
