
Loukritia Dounavi
Lucretia Dounavi was born in 1942 on the island of Syros. She made her literary debut in 1970, publishing poems in literary magazines. She has published the poetry collections: "Come People" (Nea Skepsi, 1976), "Rainland" (Didymoi, 1978), "Balcony in Ermoupoli" (Filippotis, 1987), "Salt in the Potholes" (Estia Bookstore, 2009), as well as the narrative "The Holy Colleague" (Kedros, 1998), the series of narratives titled "The Burgundy Dress" (Govostis, 1992, To Rodakio, 2001), and the series titled "Voices of the Body" (Estia Bookstore, 2009). Her poems have been translated and published in England and Egypt.
