Altani Paliogiannis was born in Alexandria, Egypt, in 1933. She graduated from the Averof High School of Alexandria and continued her studies in ancient Greek under the late philologist Professor P. Xenos. She is fluent in French, English, and Italian, and studied music and music theory at the Conservatory of Saint Cecilia in Rome and the Royal Academy of Music in London. Since then, she has dedicated herself to the study of ancient mythological and philosophical texts. She is renowned for her writing and research work, which consists of a series of 9 books under the general title "Unspoken Words."
